Shipping Policy

Shipping and Taxes
1.Free standard shipping on all items.

As of April 1, 2021,Romo23.com is currently collecting sales tax from the following 44 states, including Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

If you live in a state that does not collect sales tax, you may still see tax calculated on your order if it is shipped to another state that does require tax. If any of the factors affecting the calculation of sales tax change between the time you place your order and the time your credit card is charged, the amount shown as tax on your order may not be the same as the final sales tax charged. Your invoice will reflect the final total tax charge, which includes state and local taxes.

The state sales tax rate consists of a base rate and a mandatory local tax rate that is submitted directly to city and county tax officials. Total sales tax rates may vary by local jurisdiction.

Shipping Locations
1. Shipping is only available to shipping addresses within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam.

2. We do not ship to FPO, APO and PO Box addresses.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS or FedEx or SF Express.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates
We ship orders that are in stock as soon as possible. This is usually the same or next day you place it, but in some cases it may take longer. If your item is in stock, your order is expected to ship the next business day. All estimates are based on business days.

If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be billed within 24 hours. These items usually ship the next business day after we receive payment. If you order multiple items with different shipping destinations, you may receive separate shipments of your order. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days depending on your destination and shipping company. If the order cannot be completed or shipped after the label has been created, shipments older than 8 business days have the option to cancel the order or receive a partial refund. Please see the Return Policy for more details.

When force majeure is encountered, there will be a delay in the processing of orders. Nevertheless, please ensure that your order will be processed quickly, weather permitting.

Romo23 takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged during transportation. However, product damage may occur during shipment from the Costway shipping facility to a home or business. If an item is damaged in transit, please select the appropriate item in My Orders to request a refund or return within 3 business days of receiving the package. Note any visible damage (scratches, dents, etc.) or operational damage (the system will not work), take digital photos and provide Romo23 with detailed proof of damage as this will help us process your order for a refund.

Order Tracking
You will receive at least 2 emails for each order you place:

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your order number, carrier information, date and time your order was placed, order status, and the package tracking number of the shipped item(s). For the exact location of your shipment, please track your item on the carrier's official website.

You can access our online Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to see the latest status of your order. Log in with your Romo23 account and password to learn more about the steps involved in tracking your order by visiting our Track Your Order page for a summary of past orders.

1. Please make sure you have the correct shipping address on your order before paying, as this is the address we will ship to.

2. We are not responsible for any return shipping charges if the product does not meet your expectations or if you place a wrong order after the order has been shipped.

3. Items weighing less than 150 pounds will be shipped by UPS. Also, items weighing more than 150 pounds will be shipped via truck.
